I started this killer abs workout I found on Metacafe. I have to say my belly is effing sore. Okay I don't have a big belly bulge, but I just want to tone my rectus abdominis. :) To save your time to search for the video, I post it now:
Look, abs are the hardest thing to work on! I hate it, but thankfully there are videos out there to see. I am a super visual person and reading exercise directions are confusing for me. I try to run every single day, and twice a day If I feel really motivated. But on ze abs? I think the last time I had worked my abs was two years ago. Haha. Although a friend of mine has a personal trainer and I think I'll go sometime this week and ask for his expert's opinion: how to's, Do's and don'ts, proper stuff blah blah blah.
