Just like you, I too have few words that I say almost everyday.
First up: the word Flabbergast or flabbergasted in past tense. This is the other word for WOW or ASTONISHING. For example I say it like this: "This movie must be flabbergasting, there's tons of people watching!" OR "I was flabbergasted by that!" hahahhha I know it's weird.
Secondly: Rubbish. It means garbage. I just love this word. I'm an Anglophile. For example I say it like this: "Throw away those rubbish things" OR "That's a rubbish idea" OR "I hope you have a rubbish day!" the latter is used when I talk to my sis and joke around OR "I ate a lot of rubbish food!" OR "You look rubbish today!" (used as a joke) This is probably my favorite word.
Thirdly: Ummmmmm. Ok i'm for sure that's not a word in the dictionary. But I say it all the effing time. I need to stop because I can even notice it sometimes. "Ummmm yeah!" OR "Ummmm, I don't know" OR "Ummmm I'm starving!" OR "Ummmmm, okay?" OR "Ummmmm, good morning sunshine!" :) hahahahaa
Fourth in line: Eff. Ok that's not the official way to say it. You know what eff Really means right?? :) Good!
Fifth: instead of goodbye, I say Cheers! hahaha I don't know why.
and Lastly: Disintegrate. This means to dissolve or break down. I say it like this: "Don't go near the (big) dog or else you will disintegrate in two seconds!" My little itty bitty dog, Chewy is really small, and when she's outside she just approach all the dogs! I get worried sometimes too you know, she's too little---one bite and the bitch's dead!
