I love buffets. Schmorgasbord (spelling?). All you can eat. However I felt yesterday that I had enough of meat and by meat I also mean pork. I think I'm a vegan now hahahaha. That's why I resorted to seafood and sushi.

I came across this blog VegetarianBlog and it is complete with helpful links and recipes. So I'm really nervous though. I'm not super carnivorous, I admit I do love protein. I'm sure one can get protein from other sources too right?
