Beautiful Monday

I got up so early today because I had to catch up on my exercises. Honestly if you notice I've blogged quite a few of exercises and about my fitness life. You may think I'm this fitness-addicted-little-earthling but really I get so damn lazy sometimes. Do you remember the ashtanga poses that I blogged (I can't find the pictures in my library) but here's an example:

Ashtanga second series: Bill in Bhekasana, the frog pose. Bill's Sacramento yoga classes include ashtanga first and second series.
Yes thats an example. It may seem easy but it's really not. I had to do millions of stretchings today because I want to perfect *this* pose. BUT I STILL FAILED. So I decided to move on. I just resorted back to my plain old weekday exercise.

LEONIDES' EXERCISE PLAN
  • 5 minutes simple stretching/flexibility poses
  • 7 minutes walk
  • 5 minutes running
  • 3 minute walk
  • 5 minute power-walk
  • cool down

It may look like so simple and so little, but I do feel good after doing this everyday. I guess it's psychological but I can feel like I can breathe easily. ALSO I don't need to lose weight so this plan works for me. You may be wondering why is my plan consisted of only Cardio and Flexibility exercises. Where's the muscle endurance part? I do that as well but I don't do it always. Once a week I go to my college's gym and do it there.

Moving on. I think the Robert Geller Spring 2010 Collection is soooo good. Although I wouldn't wear too much blue in one day... I think its okay. Who knew blue and purple blend well together?? They're both in the same color group so they complement each other.
And whoever said back 2 back denim is bad?

Eye like! However it reminds me of Dsquared a lot.
