Believe it or not. I have not step foot on the treadmill for couple of weeks now. Laziness is a strong word--really. I've been reading these articles regarding inactivity and couch potatoes and trust me, the findings are so not pleasing. However I'm not a couch potato though, I don't sit all day in my couch while watching television. In the meantime I do breathing exercises until I manage to train myself to put on my sneakers and run the you know what out of me. Breathing exercise really clears up your mind and then you are able to think clearly again--more of brain exercise. Proper breathing exercises has a lot of benefits in the long run....just make sure it's not like this:
If you do this kind of breathing exercise you are risking, I repeat, you are risking showing hyperventilating...
P.S Any way, I hate doing ab workout such as crunches and sit ups. I think it's hard, and waste of time, but people with sculpted bodies swear by it. I don't know maybe I'm not blessed with the stomach department. As long as I have flat stomach....im good.
