After a year, actually 10 months of having no camera, I finally brought a new one home two days ago. Like I said in my previous post, I wanted a camera that could shoot HD videos, but really affordable. So I went to Best Buy (U.S electronics store if you are wondering) and luckily this was the cheapest one out of the bunch. May I mention that I love it already?

Very light even with the battery inside and slightly thinner than my last Canon. You can see the thinness just by judging at the photos right? One of the best features is the LCD, it so crisp and bright and you can see every detail of your subject in there. It's hard to believe its super nice price.

Does this mean I'm not going to use Canon ever? If you read my blog before, I have said few times that I'm Canonized. Ever since 2002 (I guess the era of digital camera boom) I have used Canon and I really do love that company. However, Canon's collection of new cameras didn't really impress me, so I had to resort on Samsung, Sony and Panasonic. Speaking of Samsung and Sony...some of my readers recommended me to check them out. Thank you earthlings and I do like those products, but they were over my budget.

I really liked the new Sony too. The one that Taylor Swift is endorsing and the one that I see in commercials this past couple of weeks. However, this Panasonic caught my eye first.
