Alright I think I just had an enlightenment (exactly two days ago). I have stopped, well not completely stopped exercising--the proper phrase to use is: take a breather. But the breather has become a three week time-off. Sure, I still jog maybe two minutes a day, but that's not how it was before. I even did yoga (read previous posts), swimming (not during winter though), marathons and stretching, and biking before. Anyway, the enlightenment I had was after eating fast-foods consistently for couple of weeks, plus the viewing of the movie Supersize Me.
What's happening to me?
So today, I went shoe shopping. As you may know, I am not super fond of footwear and I could care less which brand I wear. However it was recommended that I should either choose between Adidas and Asics. In the end I chose Asics, plus I've been seeing their commercials lately on TV.

And it's on sale too! Like honestly, it was on sale! I could buy four pairs for one original price. However as much as endorphins have been pushing my brain to take four pairs, I declined because I don't need them all. One is more than enough.
